Vision

Vision

We envision our place in the struggle for equal treatment of all people emanating from both a humanist and intersectional framework.

As humanists, we don't rely on supernaturalism or god beliefs in order to be committed to improving the lives of others and treating people equally with dignity and respect. The Black Humanist Alliance sees the natural tie between humanist thought and support for social justice causes that campaign for equal rights and social liberation.

As respecters of intersectionality, we respect and validate the full nexus of difference that makes up our identities, experiences, and worldviews.
